1. Agreement
GetPay.pk (“GetPay”, “we”, “us”) is the payment platform at getpay.pk. By opening the website, creating an account, or using the GetPay API you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you apply for or hold a merchant account, the Merchant Terms also apply and take priority over these terms for payment matters.
If you use GetPay on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
2. What GetPay provides
GetPay is a software platform for Pakistani businesses. It provides merchant onboarding, a merchant dashboard, hosted checkout pages, a payments and withdrawals API, signed webhooks, and a ledger that records each merchant’s pending, available, and reserved balances.
GetPay is not a bank. PKR wallet and QR payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, and OneQR) are processed through our payment service provider and the payment networks they connect to. USDT payments are made by customers directly on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Payment collection for each method becomes available only after it has been activated for GetPay and for your merchant account.
3. Accounts and security
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must confirm your email address with the one-time code we send before using merchant features.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, API secret keys, and webhook signing secrets confidential, and for all activity under your account and keys.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Revoke exposed API keys from the dashboard straight away.
- GetPay staff will never ask for your password, your verification code, or your API secret key.
4. Using the service
You may use GetPay only for lawful purposes and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not attempt to interfere with the platform, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, bypass rate limits or security controls, access another user’s data, or use the API in a way that places an unreasonable load on our systems.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep GetPay available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Payment methods depend on third-party providers and networks that may be unavailable from time to time. We may change, add, or remove features. When a change materially affects merchants, we will give notice by email or in the dashboard where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
6. Suspension and closure
We may restrict, suspend, or close an account, disable payments or withdrawals, or revoke API keys if we reasonably believe that the account breaches these terms or the law, presents fraud, security, or compliance risk, or if our payment provider or a regulator requires it. Where the law and the circumstances allow, we will tell you the reason and how to respond.
You may close your account by contacting support. Closing an account does not remove obligations that arose before closure, and we keep records as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The GetPay software, website, brand, and documentation belong to the operator of GetPay.pk. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active. You keep ownership of the content and data you submit.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Except where the law does not allow it, GetPay is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, payment networks, blockchains, your own systems, or your failure to keep credentials secure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
