Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you apply.

Fees, methods, onboarding, and integration — stated without guesswork.

Which payment methods can I offer?

GetPay currently supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, OneQR, and USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). A method appears for customers only when it is available for that payment and enabled for your account.

What are the current transaction fees?

The listed fees are 3.5% for JazzCash, 3.5% for Easypaisa, 2% for OneQR, and 1.5% for USDT BEP20. Your applicable fee schedule is shown in the merchant dashboard when payments are configured.

How does hosted checkout work?

Create a checkout through your integration and share its payment link, or redirect a customer from your site. White-label checkout can use an approved merchant domain when it has been enabled and configured for your account.

Do I need to complete merchant verification?

Yes. Create an account, confirm your email, and submit your business details, identity and business documents, and settlement details for review. Approval and enabled features are subject to review.

How are USDT payments tracked?

USDT invoices use BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). The invoice and payment status include network and confirmation details to support reconciliation.

Are settlement and withdrawals instant?

No instant timing is promised. Funds move from pending to available according to provider settlement and risk review. Withdrawals can be requested from an eligible available balance when withdrawals are enabled, and are processed under the applicable merchant terms.

Can developers test before going live?

The platform provides separate test and live API credentials. Test payments do not contact payment providers or credit a merchant balance. Review the developer guide for the documented API and webhook behavior.
